No hassels. everything went smoothly. and you are given peace of mind with two complementary days stay at a local caravan park to familiarize yourself with your new van, before you go touring.   We have just taken delivery of our new Crusader Musketeer Porthos X-Country Caravan. We are very pleased with our new van, and the service from Hinterland Caravans has been excellent. Good communication prior to the handover. Pre-delivery very good, the van was clean and ready to go with all the the modifications we had requested fitted.   Shocking customer service, went in today and was completely ignored, no other customers , several people in the Office not one of them offered their assistance! So went to have a look around with hope that sombody will come and try to sell me a caravan...left after 30 mins...
